Why do professors insist on ignoring the internet? As we enter the so-called "age of information", more and more professors are requiring me to go to the library for my research projects. Why should I? Finding reliable sources only takes some common sense. Look at the source; if you are researching a piece of artwork, a museum with a .com address will most likely have the accurate information you need. I can just as easily go to a library and find a book of "facts" that is just as inaccurate as those found on the internet. Teachers should be embracing the internet for it's wealth of information, not shunning it.
