So This Is Christmas

Due to poor spending habits measures beyond my control, I have to work both Christmas Eve and Christmas day. This bothers me much less than having to work all day Thanksgiving since I can enjoy some of the day at least.

These past few years Christmas just hasn't been normal. I haven't been home, haven't been able to watch all the Christmas movies and make cookies. It's these years that will make me appreciate Christmas even more once I'm out of college and am celebrating with my own family. The years that I get to see Evelyn at least.

Jumping to a different train of thought: So, as great as the LED is suppose to be, there are still some benefits to the old incandescent lights. Especially in stop lights, where it turns out the LED light doesn't generate enough heat to melt snow. Oops.
